From 25 May 2018, the Basic Data Protection Ordinance will apply and is thus the legal basis for the permissibility of data processing for personal data. As a result, companies are facing innovations in their data protection organisation. Especially as a contract processor one sees oneself in the duty to fulfil legal requirements and the requirements of the customer. In order not to get lost in this tension you need knowledge. The lecture is intended to inform you about this in order to be better prepared to meet the new challenge.
