What do priint:day tickets have to do with the priint:cloud?

We all carry a little priint:cloud with us on priint:day, but how did it come about? Christian Krahn and Jannis Leonhard show how a simple marketing request of, “We need a solution...” led to the integration of priint:cloud into HubSpot to create tickets automatically. Find out how the connection of priint:cloud to HubSpot was realized, how the tickets were generated, and what steps were necessary to create the template. 

 

Christian Krahn has been at home in the software industry for over 20 years- including in the development, integration and consulting of technical processes and solutions for PIM, DAM and MDM systems. As Product Owner, Christian has been responsible for the development and operation of priint:cloud at WERK II from the very beginning. 

Jannis Leonhard joined the priint Group team in 2022 in the role of Application Consultant with many years of experience in database publishing. He implements projects relating to the priint:cloud, focusing on sustainable solutions and the further development of the associated tools.
