Marco Kersch is a member of the Executive Board of multi-channel marketing specialist AZ Direct, a Bertelsmann Printing Group company. There, he is responsible for Product Management & Operations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The product portfolios include data, coverage and systems for new customer acquisition, existing customer marketing and information services. Before joining AZ Direct, he headed the product management of arvato services' eCommerce Solutions. Prior to that, he spent more than eight years in various management positions at Telefónica Germany.
